Weekly Horoscopes for Nov. 19 - Nov. 24

For all signs this week, the comforts of our hearth, home and loved ones will set the stage for profound new insights into how your belief systems are influencing the reality of your life.

The Thanksgiving Holidays are a time for many to gather together with their loved ones, even if this is not on your calendar, the fact that so many people are doing it gives a moment to reflect on these matters for yourself. With so much activity in boisterous Sagittarius this week, you'll notice a lot of truth-telling in the form of stories going on in your environment. All of this is leading up to the new moon in the wee hours of Thursday night, Friday morning. If you find yourself in an uncomfortable conversation this week, instead of reacting, get really meta about it. See the person confronting you as a reflection of other people, places and events in your life, a reminder maybe, of patterns you want to change or fulfill.

Mercury is getting ready to go retrograde this week, so any admin work you have waiting to get done, try to get it done now, as in Saturday/Sunday morning. Take a break, try to be in the flow on Monday, and if you have any more serious to-dosies, wrap it up on Tuesday/Wednesday. Keep in mind with the holiday en route and the moon making a million angles to everything, these are wild days to navigate. Try to make Saturday your super productive "get it done" day.

The romance radar is setting off alarms for Leo this week, the signal of new beginnings in love and lust. The truly karmic and productive pairing this week is between Gemini and Sagittarius, these two together can ignite sparks that feed a long and slow-burning passion. See individual scopes for the juicy details.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

Things take a reflective turn this week, so it's fortunate you had the boost of energy last week to dial up your performance in the super-important world of the mundane details. While some of those around you may be going all snooze-fest "memory lane" on you, some adventurous and superior storytelling are there to be had for your inspiration and maybe a peek into your beliefs about the world. Any changes you decide to make to your worldview when the week is done will have a direct and positive impact on your career and finances.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Talk of taboos, you can't hide from it this week. Expect to be confronted with conversations about sex, death, and power dynamics. Intense, I know, and maybe not what you had in mind for a storybook relaxed family Thanksgiving, but critical subjects not to be avoided... and who best to work these things out with than the ones you love? Meanwhile, as much as you may have wanted to avoid some of these things, if you are willing to receive the information coming to you, you will find yourself breathing a sigh of relief and understanding - things that you look directly at are never quite as bad as they felt when you were avoiding them.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

It's a good week to be especially attentive to the signals of your partner. If you are single, then the messages you are receiving from people around you will tell you a lot about your relationships and what you want in a relationship - or not... It's best to take notes. For the involved Geminis out there, tune into your partner this week, eschew defensive reactions, and do your best to be present and providing in your relationship. This week is giving you a lot of information that can completely transform your relationship with your partner. If you feel like talking things out, or making new goals, wait until Friday, then you'll have all the information you need.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Promise yourself right now that you will not entertain any feelings of martyrdom or unappreciated sacrifice. In the intense flow of information and subtle shifts this week, don't succumb to any beliefs that you are put-upon... Or, if you do, examine and analyze the dickens out of those feelings. I would go so far as to say that any negative emo you might have this week would fare well with a spreadsheet of details or a pros/cons list in your notebook. A thrillingly productive week of notes to bring to your therapist on the Friday appointment you are scheduling right now.

Leo (July 23-August 22)

Hot hot hot week for signs and omens of your zesty new romance reality. You might not find that things actually move or shake in terms of literal progress here this week, but the universe is handing you the executive summary of your love-life to date along with a top-secret mission, should you choose to accept it. This week, it's like you're at the movies and your romantic history is the plot. Bring popcorn, maybe get your nails done and dress up to be seen on your way in. Own it.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)

Did you ever see the Bird Cage with Robin Williams and Nathan Lane? There's a scene at the end where they are helping the in-laws sneak out of their home through a night club and everyone is singing "We Are Family" Just... Go watch it on Netflix, and expect these kinds of things this week. Zany family history, material and insights. Roll with it and learn.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Your brother, sister, neighbor, blogger... They've all got something very important to say to you this week, and it's meant to boost your belief in your belonging. Belonging in your home and in the path you're walking in this life. The holiday is the perfect scenario for finding this boost, and if you don't have plans yet, you can likely count on connecting with your neighbors over the holiday.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Being here now, in this material reality with your material things and worldly success - that's the focus this week. You would normally concern yourself with power dynamics and mystery, especially when it's likely you'll be rubbing shoulders with kin, but you're always feeling the tug of the rooted earth on which you live. More insight this week on finding the literal ground you occupy and finding a balance between it and all that is "out there." The things you learn this week are going to be put to good use for the well-being of your partnerships.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

As the zodiac's bonafide citizen of the world, you can easily to lose track of just how uniquely individual you are and everything that implies. Normally this would be your time to shine and regale your loved ones with the tales you've picked up and your worldly knowledge, but the reflective atmosphere this week makes you more of the catalyst for discussion and not so much the teller. You have the chance this week to see a reflection of yourself in all the world around you.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

You ambitiously pursued my recommendation to pursue travel and hobbies last week, right? Good, now that you've done the hard work of having (or planning to have) some fun, you should be properly primed to chill the heck out this week, yes? I command thee, put all ambition on hold and listen to some Louis Armstrong, "What a Wonderful World." Or Lennon, "Imagine." You get the idea.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

People!! It's ideal, really. People, friends, charity, causes, this is your world and Thanksgiving week is like Disneyland for opportunities to get out and be with people and make a contribution to a social cause. Soup kitchen, food and coat drive, being mission control for the social goings on of everyone you're connected to on Facebook. And, since you're intellectually genius, you'll have a subroutine running in your brain to collect all the meta-information about how to connect better with the world and a date with your goal-setting software or smartphone app set for Friday.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

You may find yourself at a dinner table with friends and family this week and realize you're obsessing over your career. Normally I would say family time is not work time, but maybe this is a good time afterall to get some perspective from people you love and trust about where your future is headed. In truth, family and career are two sides of the same coin (remember, career is not "job"), they cocreate each other. Listen carefully and be inspired this week.
