There are no words. Bachmann is a plague of hate. Why does she care so much about the gay and lesbian community? She is so filled with homophobia and bigotry. I don’t understand why she is so scared? It’s not like you can “catch” homosexuality. She makes it sound like a disease that needs to be wiped out...which (naturally) is worrisome.

It is good to hold public officials accountable for their statements. That’s part of the media’s job, but also a responsibility of an informed citizenry in a democracy.
Politicians such as Michele Bachmann speak before they think (if she ever thinks at all). If such a candidate is so thoughtless and tactless in their public comportment and behavior, its reasonable to assume they will govern as recklessly and self-destructively. Voters need to ask themselves, is it wise to elect leaders like Bachmann, whom appear to be as rash and careless with her views and beliefs as she likely would perform in public office as she is ?
