...And Trashes His Room at the Plaza
How is he going to explain this one? Sources say that Sheen was in NYC with his ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, and their two small daughters. Now, don’t get too excited, the pair stayed in separate suites and clearly Sheen wanted it that way.
This morning at 2am, the police were called to the Plaza Hotel in New York City and had to pay Charlie Sheen’s suite a little visit. When the entered his room, they discovered him drunk, passed out naked on the bed and surrounded by a big mess. A woman was screaming in his closet when the police arrived. The woman, who was also naked, informed the officials that she was a paid escort that Sheen had brought back with him. Those close to the situation state that the woman was “fearing for her life” as Sheen began to wake up and began “screaming mostly incoherent slurs at the cops”.
Upon realizing who he was, the police gave him two options. He could go down to the hospital or to the station. He was smart enough, at least, to realize that the hospital was the better choice.
Sheen’s version goes as follows: He told the police that he had been out “partying” when he met a woman that he brought back to his room. After discovering his wallet missing, he flipped out and tossed a table and damaged a chandelier. Hotel officials have priced the damage to Sheen’s suite at around $7,000.
This was all happening while his two little daughters, Lola and Sam, and his ex-wife, Richards were all within ear shot of this ordeal next door. Luckily, the girls were still sleeping while all of this happened but Richards “had to go with the cops and leave the girls with a nanny.” She reportedly looked “distraught.”
Wouldn’t you? Your ex-husband can’t get his act together and could have possibly injured himself or the woman he was with, all within feet of where you are staying. Richards was often painted as a villain in the media, but I feel for her having to deal with all his drama. It must be exhausting and emotionally draining.
Richards was spotted accompanying Sheen into the ambulance to the hospital, while an eyewitness heard the paramedics calling the situation an “overdose”.
How tragic.

“Upon realizing who he was, the police gave him two options.”
Anyone else would have been booked and thrown in jail overnight.

I agree. Total double standard, per usual!
