In short, yes it is. In fact, results from a survey of married couples imply that couples who bottle their anger die at an earlier age than those who are more open with their emotions.

I’ve been wanting to write a blog on Eminem and Rihanna’s new video for “Love the Way You Lie” for a while now, but I couldn’t figure out how I felt about the song and lyrics. My knee jerk reaction was that this was an exploitation of Rihanna’s recent and very painful encounter with Chris Brown and that Eminem was cashing in on the sensationalism of the situation. I didn’t know if it was healthy or smart for her to tackle a song of this magnitude so soon after going what she went through.

According to a new multicultural study, men in red were more attractive to women. The researchers conducted seven experiments, including the effect of red and white on a man’s attractiveness. Women who looked at a picture of a man in red or surrounded by red rated them over one point higher on a nine point scale of attractiveness over those in white.
